Integrating Career and Art

Every child should know there’s a place in the world for them

RIASEC should be the driving force to social/emotional learning. Students being empowered to recognize their strengths and recognize the strength in others is the first step to respecting and honoring the character of others.

Chris Garcia, Adjunct Professor, University Of San Diego

Every child gets to see the value they have in themselves, and the value they can bring into the world and then the connections they can make to potential careers and the place that they can have in this world in the future, it is just tremendous.

Jeff Hadley, Superintendent, Avonworth School District

We are using the RIASEC in a completely new and innovative way; using it as a teaching philosophy or differentiation tool to help teachers take learning deeper and allow abstract concepts to become instantly relevant to all students.
